Beauty is in the eye of the beholder

I became a tourist today! =)

Went Sentosa with Godma, Carolyn and Veron. We decided to sign up for a package so that we can enjoy most of the tourist attractions for a cheaper price. =) After breakfast, we bought our tickets and took the Sentosa Express into the island. Just when we arrived at our first destination, my havaianas snapped!! Best lor. And since we were already at the foot of the merlion, everyone suggested that we complete the trip up the merlion first before getting myself a new pair of slippers. Yes so I was walking around barefooted! =/

We wanted to head over for the Luge ride but dark clouds were seen filling up the sky and soon it started raining. So we got ourselves raincoats and we decided to take the bus to the Sky Tower.

We then went to get a bite at Kofu and since the rain has stopped we went over to take the Luge. =) The ride is FUN to the MAX! Seriously taking it once just isn't enough....

After which, we headed over to the Images of Singapore where we experienced both past and present of Singapore and the life of the four main races through historical exhibits and interactive displays.

We have concluded that it's a really nice place to bring children during Racial Harmony Day. Haha.

I think everyone should as least go there once, it is not as boring as it seems. We/I took tons of pictures!!

Went over to Siloso Beach hoping to do some tanning but the weather wasn't very cooperative so we stayed for awhile before making our way to the Cable Car Station and taking our ride back to Vivo. It's been quite some time since I last ride on a Cable Car la. Nice. =)

So as you can see..... I had a great time. A good productive start for my Sept holidays. =) I'll definitely share with my kids on what I did today, part of our weekly class sharing. =) After a long long day, I'm feeling dead tired so I'm heading off to sleep now. Nights!
