Celebrated Children's Day in school today.The kids all went home with a full bag of gifts. Happy are they, broke am I. =/ Pictures will do the talking. I'm lazy and tired. Thank god tomorrow is a holiday. Wrapping can kill.....  On the way to church for children's liturgy.  Leading the prayer.  Children receiving blessing.  Peace A performing.  Peace A.  A bag full of gifts.  =D  Peace B.  Queueing up to receive blessing.  Godma's godson.  Copycat. Haha.  So happen we sat together... Johanan.  Peace B performing.  Contented children.  I played badminton again. =) Anyway, I'm going make full use of tomorrow's one day break to SLEEP! Wanted to play badminton again but decided that I should rest. My shoulder still hurts quite a bit which isn't a good sign. I hope it's not some injury in the making. Alright, I'm going off. Good night! I've lost 3kg and counting. Just came back from Rebecca's 2nd birthday party.Shall make this a picture post. So here goes................................ My 2 weeks old niece. Natalie Eve Teo. Played badminton again! LOL.I realised the phrase "played badminton" has been flooding my blog posts recently. But anyway, I played crap today! Totally la! Maybe it's because it is the day of the month. I'm feeling lazy and weak. I hate it when it feels like I've used up all my energy to play but it is still not good enough. Half court lobbing/powerless smashes/atrocious defence! Argh! It's makes me frustrated! On a lighter note, I finally replaced my super lok cock badminton shoes. It has been smiling widely for some time now - so wide till you can see my socks from the front. LOL. Not only that, I bought a new yellow jersey, 3 pairs of ashaway socks and 1 flymax shorts too. =) Sigh~ I'm so dead now. Assignment is due this coming Monday and I still have no idea how to start on it. I can see myself celebrating after 29 Sept! This assignment has been bothering me for almost a month! I just can't wait to get over with it. Alright, it's my Baobei's 2nd birthday tomorrow. I'm sooo looking forward to see her and her newborn sister(Yes now I've got 3 nieces!), Natalie Eve Teo! I played badminton today!!!!!!SHIOOOOOOOOK please! Gosh! I'm loving every minute of it even when I'm out of breath and about to collapse in the court. BADMINTON JUST ROCKS MY WORLD! Today cousin and I paired to play against 2 uncles from the neighbouring court and we won(twice)! Even though mixed doubles isn't my specialty and I was lost quite a couple of times but I guess it's about time I start practicing playing with a guy beside. Wahahaha. =P I didn't bounce as much as I wanted to but I ran more than I expected myself to. =) I can feel my stamina building up. Yessa!! Monday, September 22, 2008

Attended Sally sister's wedding last night at Marina Mandarin. =)Nice ambience, good food, great companies! Can't be any better. And it's true that females look best on their wedding night. The bride was really beautiful and you can sense that happiness in her just by looking at her smile. =) It's a heartwarming sight. Look at the skyline. It spells A-W-E-I-N-S-P-I-R-I-N-G. =)  My "partner" for the night. LOL.  Cam-whoring is in our blood. Taken while waiting for dearest Sally to bring us up to the room. After the dinner, JQ and I decided to head over to town for karaoke. OMGOSH! You should hear me sing man! It was the "BEST" ever and not long after I just died on the couch. I wasn't drunk just not very sober. LOL. Anyway, I spent my whole day sleeping today. Haven't had that much sleep for some time now. I feel totally refreshed. Great! =) Alright I'm going off. Ciao! Met up with dearest Meiyun today and we headed over to town for some shopping. Broke! Broke! Broke! I've settled on my concert attire but burned a big hole in my pocket! Had soup spoon for dinner and I just love the salad that's on the table. I feel healthy! LOL.     Anyway, Meiyun will be in Singapore for the K2 concert! *Big wide smile* I love this girl to bits and pieces! We'll meet up soon to shop for my footwear. LOL. Miss you girl! Hugs!!!! I played badminton again today! It feels sooooo good! =DDrills! Drills! Drills! Do you know even though my relationship with my cousin is already very good, I find being able to play badminton together makes it even better. Seriously! and after our game we will just chill at the cafe to chat and share things. Now I know his secret and he knows mine. LOL. I can't wait to play again!! Totally motivated! LOL. Back from badminton with my cousin. I had drill training today!! =)Even though I almost died in the court(because I was forced to play a singles with him which I lost terribly) I felt I benefit a lot from today's session! He was like a coach training me one on one. From lobbing to smashing to dropping to defencing and lastly netting. It's just a matter of time I can join Cheers! LOL. Alright more sessions to come!! Maybe next Tuesday? Hahaha. Anyway, I've been a little lazy to blog. No feel. LOL. But I thought I should share with you about my very memorable Mid Autumn Festival! Hahaha. =) This day was spent in JB. We decided to take the Causeway Express bus from Bugis. It was my first time taking this bus and I was very excited about it. LOL. Dumb I know! The checkpoint wasn't as packed as we thought so it was quite a smooth sailing trip across the sea. =) Hopped onto a cab and we made our way over to the salon. The 2 girls cut their hair and huiwen touch up her hair roots as well while I slacked and took pictures.  Man or not man?  When JQ finished, we decided to go get our eyebrown trimmed as well.... Before and after.  Finally when Huiwen was done, we hopped onto our second cab of the day and made our way to Citysquare where our appointment with the microphones has been made. Haha. We were given 3 hours to sing and even though it was a weekend, we only paid like $13 sing dollar la! Where to find such deal in Singapore!!! Super Cheap!  JQ, Huiwen & Me!  After roaming around for sometime looking for a place to dine at, we finally settled for sizzling hotstone for dinner. Something like Pepper Lunch but soo much nicer. LOL. It was running late so after dinner, we made our way to the checkpoint and OMG after passing custom the queue for the bus back to Singapore was jam packed. It was like going to Chinatown during Chinese New Year with everyone pushing one another. There was a human jam! People jumped queue and soooo we decided to follow as well if not we will never reach home. Haha. And for the first time in my life, I had to push and rush like mad just to get onto a bus. It's an experience man! *At this point of time, I'm feeling very sleepy and don't feel like blogging anymore!* Fast forward.................................... From Woodlands to Bugis we took a cab and when we arrived back at my car, I realized I forgot to off the hazard light!!!! Wa piang bad timing lor. Tried started the car but to no avail. So I called for help etc...... Then I saw this 2 guys standing near their car so I went forward to ask if they had the battery starter kit but nope they didn't have it but thank god they still offered to help. Ahhh kind souls! They suggested pushing the car and soooo we did. My first ever time pushing a car! but then it didn't helped at all so Mr A kind soul offered to drive me to the petrol kiosk to get the starter kit which costed a bomb for your info!! Got the starter kit and kind souls helped me to do almost everything. The engine finally started and after bidding kind souls goodbye, the workshop man I called suggested that I go for a car ride so to change the battery and yes I did. Sent Huiwen home followed by driving to Changi Village where there was only one ah gua at work! LOL. How sad! Went for a spin then sent JQ home and finally home sweet home for me!!! Anyway, I'm liking Malaysia now and I don't mind dropping there more often. LOL. Everything is cheap cheap la. =D Okay! My eyes are super heavy now. I can't take it anymore. I need to sleep!!!!!!!!!! I went to the dentist today to consult about me putting on braces!! =)Yes! After dragging it for years, I finally found some courage to go through this torment of injections and pain!! I did my teeth mound and got my teeth clean and polished inside out. Now it is white like paper. LOL. Next I shall get my xray done then I'll be on the route to extract some teeth! Scary!!! Seeeeeee! White and clean!  I just put a 1k deposit so I'm literally dirt broke!! Yes I'm paying this all by myself(I think)! Being 21 is not so great afterall. =( I must start to shen chi jian yong and hopefully going through this torture will help me to lose weight! LOL. I know I will!!
