 Good story line, fantastic acting and entertaining - Great movie. Totally worth every dollar I paid. Highly recommended. =) Met up with the girls. Had snack at HK Cafe followed by movie and then dinner at NYDC. Decided to return back to our comfort zone - Tampines. Train-ed back and chilled at Starbucks. We spent a whole load of meaningful time together. Seriously I really really appreciate them many many! and I can't wait to realise our dream together. 5 years counting down........ =)

Alright, Thailand trip was much better than expected. LOL.It was a smooth sailing trip, thanks to Godma. Guess without her around, things might be a little different. Haha. We were being upgraded to an executive suite with no extra charge. Way cool because we had so much space, it made living there so comfortable. =) 1. Weather: Wasn't as bad as expected. Definitely better than Singapore. Other than I nearly fainted in Cha Tuk Chak(I have no idea how to spell it). The place is soooo stuffy and hot, no joke. My sweat just rolled down my head and back like a running tap. Terrible! Last time there for sure! =/ 2. Food: Quite good. The hotel served really good breakfast buffet. It's a good way to start the day. Eating out wasn't much of a problem and I fall in love with their fried chicken drumstick. It's something to die for. Totally yummilicious! I also had coconut practically everyday and their mango with sticky rice is really good! =) 3. Transportation: Took cab most of the time. It is soooo freaking cheap. Never once went up more than 100 baht which means less than $4.40. Comes in wide range of colours. See the pink one below? Veron's favourite! Took their train once. Nothing special. And travelled on the tuktuk 3 times. The first time was really exciting. Something like a motorcycle but much safer. =) 4. Shopping: CHEAP! Guess everyone agrees with me. But too bad I didn't really make full use of that fact. Didn't buy much as compared to dearest Veron. LOL. 5. People: Very nice people. The people there are extremely helpful. They are practically on your beck and call, catering to your every whim and fancy. I couldn't even detect a single reluctance in them (judging by facial expressions and tone of voice). Alright, maybe there's one or two odd one out. 6. Massage: Great!!!! We did a 2 hours full body massage for only $17.60. Gosh! Where can we find such good deal in Singapore?!? Overall, Bangkok was quite good. But no more for the time being. =/ Hmmm... sounds contradicting. LOL. (Click on the collage to enlarge it)   . Today - 29 May 2008. Met up with the badminton girls and Miss Tan for dinner at Arab street - Cafe Le Caire. Food was alright. Something different. Ate lots of potato, now I can't wait for training. I like my drink. Cleopatra. Tasted like fruit punch but nicer. Haha. .   Most respected coach! =)  . Alright, I'm extremely tired now. I need my bed. Meeting the clique for movie and dinner tomorrow in town. "You can't appease everyone in this world."Some things I just can't seem to understand. All of us have made mistakes. I for one am no stranger to that and sometimes, you just really hope that things will go back to the way it was but it just won't. Life sucks, doesn't it? I just really wish that sometimes I can escape into this fantastical realm and that everything will be fine and I don't have to worry or be conscious of what to say or do or appear as. How lovely this world would be if everyone was less superficial and judgemental and more objective, open to many different versions of something and daring to have their own opinions. I guess only the ones closest to me know that I am human, and I do have flaws. Don't we all? SO I WAS REALLY PISTTT OFF TODAY (triple T).  What is patriotism? If patriotism is the love of one’s birthplace, the place of childhood’s recollections and hopes, dreams and aspirations? Yet also the very place where we would listen to the music of the birds, and long to have wings to fly, even as they, to distant lands? In short, is it love for the spot, every inch representing dear and precious recollections of a happy, joyous, and playful childhood as well as love for all the opportunities you have been given and feeling a sense of need to give back to your country in some way or another? National loyalty? . If so, I'm definitely a patriot then. =) . Anyway, the ticket balloting for NDP'08 has already started. "Stand up for Singapore! This show rocks!It made me laugh sooooooo much, I was able to forget all my worries(for that 2 hours). =)  Please agree with me that she(Cameron Diaz)'s DAMN cute!  and he(Ashton Kutcher)'s DAMN hot!  Dinner meet up with the girls on Tuesday. <3 I've been rather busy with work and I seriously can't wait for the June holidays to be here. 2 more weeks and I'm off to Thailand! andandand... I've been sleeping alot recently. Taking late afternoon naps and only waking up the next morning to prepare for work. That's more than 12 hours of sleep. =/ Alright, I'm going out to watch movie with my mum and sis now. Speed Racer! =P\ There's a few more movies that interest me recently so if you're free, ring me. The mood of blogging haven't really got back into me yet. =/It's been a rather tedious week, with excursions and Batam trip. I finally had a good rest yesterday. Reached home at about 4 plus, bathe and headed straight to bed. Didn't expect myself to sleep so much, I only woke up at 9am this morning. A cool 16 hours of sleep!! =) Batam trip was ooookay.. Didn't managed to buy much stuff but at least I had great companies who made my trip worthwhile. =) Our dear NS boy gave us a surprise appearance while on our way to Harbourfront in the early morning. =D  Cam whorers in action. LOL. Bored on board the boat to Batam.     After lunch...  As for yesterday's excursion.... wasn't as good as Wednesday's. But as least things went as planned. Thank God no more parents for field trip. I had a child who kept on clinging on to his Mum, crying and screaming, I had to pull him back and carry him away with him struggling in my arms non-stop, in front of all the other parents. And when he finally stopped crying after some coaxing, his mum came back and everything started all over again. After 2 rounds of the same thing, I gave up and asked him to follow his mum. =\ Peace B.   The picture that I'm most proud of. LOL.  Alright, it's back to my developmental checklist. Been busy writing the comments the whole day. Still not done with it. *Sigh* It's going to be a busybusybusy month of May! Good night!
