alright. i'm too lazy to type out everything about today. so i shall just list it all out in point form. =)- skipped school. (was too tired to pull myself out of bed.) - meet jiaqi at 130 and trained to town. - went pepper lunch. =P - shop from tangs to zara to forum to wisma topshop and back to tangs again. (tangs level 3 have lots of gays!) - nat came to find us after her school. - wanted to watch "death note" but change of plans. - bus to city hall. - dine at soup spoon. - took 518 home. =)) the gifts shared by my bro and me.  us. <3   when i reached home. my bro asked me to cook noodles for him and he return the favour by washing my clothes for me. wahahaha. actually all he have to do is to put my clothes into the washing machine. so no big deal. then funny lah. i was complaining to him about how heavy the presents were.. then reached home still must help him cook. so we ended up "argueing". haha. [he didn't want to help me wash my clothes at first. so our conversation was like.....] me: wa lau.. you selfish pig lah. help me wash leh. if not you cook the noodles yourself lor. bro: [laugh] wash yourself lah. me: don't know how to use the washing machine lah. bro: i teach you. me: nvm. haha. i wait for daddy to come back then. aiyah help me wash lah. anyway, u own me $20. plus service charge of buying the presents and carrying it back for you.. another $20. so $40 liao. plus $10 for cooking noodles for you. $50 in total. thank you! bro: i help you wash the clothes $25. plus hanging up another $25. i don't own you anymore money liao! me: diaoz! -_-''' me: oh yah. later after eating finish. help me wash my plate also hor. thank you!!! *big smile* bro: wa lau!!!!! me: oh and also additional money. because i still need to buy wrapping paper and wrap lah!! not easy hor. bro: when you buy they should have free wrapping service lor. me: you think now christmas ah?!?! bro: [laugh~] =) tell me how not to miss him when he's gone? no one to argue with lor. haha. yeah anyway he's doing a good job now by hanging my clothes for me. went to parkway today with andrew to play pool. i sucks can. lol. i lose to him like all the matches. hmmm except the last one. hoho. buffet lunch at sakae was really good. hana maki is the best can. our all time favourite. =)cab back to tm and slack at starbucks for awhile before catching "the guardian." and i think it was a wonderful movie. i laughed and i cried.. wonderful visuals, great acting and a great storyline. kevin costner and ashton kutcher delivered the show perfectly. it's worth watching!! =)  great performance from kevin costner as usual. =)  ashton kutcher is good looking. *big smile*  meeting jiaqi tomorrow after school. hohoho.. she's gonna accompany me to shop for a present for my 1 month old niece. =) baby clothes are so cute!!!! hahaha.. was looking at acme taekwondo website and it makes me think back on those days. seriously i'm missing it alot now. i still remember when sally and vanessa ask me if i'm interested to join. i was not very keen then. but i grew to like it more after each training. not long after van gave up on it. while sally and me continued. one and a half years past and both of us finally became black belt holders. sally then quit and i'm the only one left there. my weekends were usually packed with trainings. i then started to join tournaments and performances. not long after i was given the role to become an instructor. everyday my life involves tkd. from monday to friday 8-930pm i had coaching. Sat and Sun were my own training. it was pretty hard juggling badminton and tkd at the same time. it was really tiring for a student then. in 2003, 15 of us were selected to represent singapore to go korea for the first world taekwondo muye championships. since it was during the holidays.. we had trainings everyday. from early in the morning 7am then break. and again during the afternoon and then at night. it goes on for almost a month.(it results in me having to skip one badminton tournament with the girls) i almost died can. our sir was really strict that we had no time to slack at all. hours of kicking in the air, all the drills everything. the scarest part was spliting. we had to stay in that position for half an hour. if any of us fall we had to redo. in the end one vomitted, few cried and i semi blackout. it was terrible. but all our hard work paid off when we came in 4th in the overall results. life goes on.. but soon i decided to go to another tkd club where most of my other tkd friends were. it was tough during those times when i change over. lots of disagreement between my sirs. as i was going from a club to another club which belongs to my previous sir older brother. actually there's alot of backstabing in the above rank of taekwondo which not many can see.. but i did. so yeah.. once i got in, i continue being an instructor. o levels soon falls near. and my passion at that time started to fade away. and it is then i decided to quit for good. yeah. it's really sad seriously. taekwondo is really really fun. alright maybe to me. yah. performing tkd aerobics, kicking and breaking those wooden board. it's really cool can. oh yah.. and coaching is fun too.. everyone has to follow your command no matter what.. you're the boss! lol. hmmmm.. now most of my fellow batch of tkd friends have all quit so yah.. how sad uh. haiz. i'm missing everything so much.. =( omg i didn't realise i wrote sooooo long.. haha.. i should title it. my taekwondo story. =)  Sunday, October 29, 2006
helloooooo all...shall update about what happened yesterday. amanda here, had a wonderful saturday with her family. went for french high tea at meditus mandrian "top of the M." rotating tower with nice overview scenary of singapore. =D hmmm the food was good but i prefer what they serve for lunch. yup. i believe everyone had a great time. especially being able to catch up with my brother after a year. haha. so after that all of us headed to party world for some karaoke session. i agree that the sound system there is better and that they have more varieties of songs.. but!!!! omg can.. the place look like some kind of mamasan area. seriously lah. the feeling is just so wrong. haha. and as expected the mic is on my hand most of the time. lol. so sang till about 8pm after which some of them left. while the rest of us walked over to heeren "village" for dinner. oh the rid eye steak was really good. and arghx.. they serve me uncooked lobster pasta. after they recooked another plate for me.. it was sooooo salty lah!!! so my bro and cousin finished it up for me. =) yeah. i finally drove for the first time after i passed lah. mum didn't allow me to drive her car cos i didn't have my provisional plate with me. but my cousin on the other hand was the more daring one allowed me to drive his. so yah.. i drove a merc for my first experience with a legal license can. haha. it was pretty fun. just that i was not use to having the arrow changing thingy on the left side and this is also the first time i come across a car with no hand brake!! i didn't know that some cars do not have handbrake okay.. hmmm interesting!! =) so yup. i drove to my cousin's place. then we played pool for awhile before changing to mahjong. it's been soooo long since i last played the two things lah. was winning quite alot at first till my bro's gf takeover him. my god. beginner's luck man. she started winning non-stop. but haha.. i ended up only losing $1. hoho. played till about 4am and then home sweet home. haha.   wayne rooney finally scored can.. hahaha.. i'm so happy lah. hat trick leh. hohoho. alright doubt you guys know what i'm talking about. lol. yeah i'm just over the moon. *big smile* went for facial today and faint! it was sooo pain.. was literally praying for them to finish as soon as possible lah. arghx. currently waiting for andrew to reach home from his cousin's wedding dinner. hmmm shall go and watch tv first ba. nitez! hi all.. wahahaha. i'm a happy girl today. *big smile* i got back my curriculum planning assignment and ahha.. i scored 80marks for it~ which also mean i need not REDO it. yeah! last minutes work ain't that bad after all. seriously i was freaking out when getting back the results. stress can. haha. got hold of the mathematics assignment today.. hmmm.. i think it's okay. although yah it's an individual assignment which i hate so much but who cares. i got dearest meiyun. wahahaha.*** hmmm everyone seem to be rather pissed off with my lecturer. she's like psming recently. but no hard feelings for me. *big smile* =D so yah after school.. train back to sengkang.. and ZZzZZzZzZZzz.. was so tired can. but had to work so woke up about an hour later. omg. work was boring. i felt as though i was in another world.. the feeling is just so wrong today. and yeah my back is currently aching like hell. arghx. *** eagerly wanna buy my provisonal plate so that i can drive. but everywhere seem to be so against me. so yup. gonna continue looking for it tomorrow. if not i can't drive lah!! booooo.. hi all.. hahaha.. today's presentation was okay. it wasn't excellent but still passable. lol. anyway, my lecturer gave a shocking news today.. a number of students gotta REDO their curriculum planning assignment!!! which i think i might be one of them. omg can. having to redo 20 lesson plans is scary lah.. the fact that we will be getting our mathematics assignement on friday.. i don't think i can cope if i got another one. hurhur. *pray hard man*meet jiaqi for kbox session at cine after school. haha.. i'm "leehomfied" now. sang tons of his songs today. he has this very very sad story behind some of his songs. so while singing you can seriously feel what he's trying to express.. =) *cries*          currently home alone. dad and grandma will be away for 9 days while my bro is not home yet. boring!! my bro called home to tell me he lost his wallet!! whoever that asshole who took it.. please return it. he have lots of important things inside and he's only going to be in singapore for a month. save him the trouble man. if not !#$%^&*^% may karma fall upon you!!!! ^_^ hmmm.. i've nothing to do now. i guess baby is sleeping. since he stayed over at andrew ang's place last night. bet he have not enough sleep. hohoho.. hmmm alright gonna go surf the net now. ciaoz! lee hom's concert last night was suuppeeerrr duuppeeerr good! he's good looking and has talent. a perfect package! lol. he speak mostly in english, played 5 different instruments and his songs are really nice. the crowd was really high. everyone in the indoor stadium was singing.. everything was just great. hahaha. i love it man. so sad that it's over but well~ i took some videos with my hp and pictures with my cam. so yup.. enjoy! PICTURES!!               VIDEOS!! wahahaha.. finally!! yup.. that's about it. =) WO SHUO GAI SHI, NI SHUO YING XIONG. GAI SHI! _ _! hahaha.. badminton today was good.. i feel my skills back but without my stamina. lol.anyway, i've been spending my whole day watching movies. yup. my bro has this external hard disc with 100 over movies in it. and yeah i've already watched like 4 shows. but well~ more to come.. haha. 1. the devil wears prada. (i had no time to watch it at the cinema.. so yup. nice show!) 2. wimbledon. (another nice show. hmmm seriously i think tennis is another great sport.) 3. eight below. (hmmm no matter how many million times you watched it.. it will still be as touching as ever!) 4.Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle. (it's a lame but really funny show. i kept on laughing la. =D) oh ya. i've got no school till next wednesday. hohoho.. happy happy. hahaha. 2more days to lee hom's concert.. hurray! =) gonna go. what should i watch next?? hmmmm.. byeeee! just woke up from my well deserved nap. =)did my assignment till about 530am this morning. after which had 2 hours of rest before waking up for school. the lesson was really dry and i had a hard time trying to keep myself awake. finally handed up my creative play & expressive art assignment. haha. 1 down, 1 more to go. had our group discussion on next week's presentation. everything seems fine. just that i gotta go and find myself a picture book and come out with 10 questions about it. hmmm my group members wants to wear malay traditional next wednesday. well~ bet no one bothers about what situation i'm in right? because seriously on my part, i'm 101% against the idea. but do i have a choice? doubt so. who has the final say. not me for sure. yeah~ as you can see i'm pretty much unhappy about it. firstly because i was not asked about my opinion about it. it is just a "must wear" situation for me. secondly, i gotta go and borrow from someone else which i doubt i'll feel right in it. it's just so troublesome in my case. my work!!! (i know it's damn kiddy but you gotta look from a kids point of view!! lol)  our assignments!!  jiaqi came to find me at school to pass me the print outs of my assignment to hand in. after which we headed to wheelock place apple to get our ipod fix. yeap. i've got a replacement for my headphone. while jiaqi's ipod should be doing fine now after being reformatted. =) went to food republic at wisma for lunch. had the forever popular fried prawn noodle. nice! wanted to go vivocity but in the end was too lazy to. haha. so we walk to forum, thinking that toys' R' us might sell light sticks. in the end they said it was sold out. and ask us to go down to paragon because they still have it there. so jq and i make our way there, with jq irritating me about wanting to see ruien. like always. reached paragon and they said they don't sell light sticks!!! #$%^&*!#% wth. alright moving on. so we went down to marketplace to try our luck but to no avail. then headed to taka cold storage and... they don't have it too.. boooo.. my new headphone. (yeah nothing grand.)  it's halloween.. 0_0  cool uh? haha.  (just got news!!!! my brother is coming back tomorrow!!!! lalalala~ i'm a happy girl!!!) in the end.. jq said that she think eastpoint has a party shop. so yup. hahaha. was suppose to wait for nat to finish work and then head home together. but both jq and i were really too tired. so we went home first. bus home.. bathe and ZZzzZZzzZZzzz. hahaha.. yup. alright. gonna call jiaqi to chit chat now. tomorrow going for dinner with my mum, aunt ann, sis and lynn after which head to the airport. hohohoho. *big smile =D* us.
